Smith & Co are Great Place to Work Certified!

It’s official… Smith & Co Recruitment are Great Place to Work certified!

When we started up Smith & Co, one of our goals was to create a working environment for our staff that we’d always hoped to have ourselves. We’re proud to announce that we’ve achieved that goal and that we’re officially recognised as a Great Place to Work! With that said, Smith & Co Recruitment are joining the ranks of companies like American Express, Target, and Hulu to be recognised as providing our staff with a great workplace and employee experience.

Great Place to Work is a global authority on workplace culture. The certification recognises employers who are providing an "outstanding employee experience". Companies who are GPTW certified have a 50 higher employee retention rate, as well as being 15x more likely to be picked by job seekers.

To obtain this certification, we took part in the two-step process.

  1. We completed a short questionnaire about our workforce
  2. We sent out an anonymous employee survey that asked questions about the employee experience

Thank you to all of our staff for such glowing reviews and for helping us to cultivate the work environment we’ve always dreamed of. This certification is important to us as it is confirmation that we are providing our team of recruitment consultants with a great company culture they can grow and thrive in!
